We stayed 2 nights here on our recent visit. This was the first time we returned after the renovation.
Service was impeccable from check in, breakfast and even the cleaning crew. Very attentive.
There is also laundry room now on 5F. only feedback there is to provide a guide or instructions in the room so that we can figure out how to use the machines. 😁

Stepping into Lanson Place is like entering a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong streets. The hotel is elegantly designed, staff were professional and attentive. Only set back is that it is located at a quieter side of causeway bay, about 5 – 7min walk from the Causeway Bay MTR and the room was a little small. Other than that, the stay was great and I had a good rest there.

Great Hotel, comfortable rooms with a wonderful Harbour view. Staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Close to trains and major shopping complex.

The room was cleaned whilst we had breakfast, which to us was a massive plus and the customer service was exemplary.
We had a club lounge access room, and the level of service was above and beyond. After one night, they knew what we drank and brought it to our table without us even asking. Little things like this go a long way. (A big thank you goes to Tiger)
This is not a luxury hotel, however, the service and value out-ways this in many ways and I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Hong Kong.

From check in to check out, our experience in the Kerry hotel was perfect. We stayed in a suite with an amazing view over Victoria harbour which was opulent yet somehow homely. The staff and facilities are a match for any 5 star I've been lucky enough to stay in and the restaurants are equally satisfying. I would definitely recommend the Kerry hotel to anyone considering a trip to the always amazing Hong Kong
