- Daily Harbour Club Lounge access includes afternoon tea from 3pm–5.30pm, evening cocktails from 6pm–8pm, and complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee from 7am–11pm. Welcome amenities and welcome tea are also included.
- As the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool is not heated, it will be closed for maintenance early November 2026 to early April 2027.
- One buffet dinner (select packages only) is valid at Harbour Grand Café. Blackout dates apply: 25–26 September, 1 October, 21 December, 24–25 December and 31 December 2026, and 5–7 February, 14 February, 8–9 May, 20 June, 1 July and 15–16 September 2027.
- Late 2pm check-out is subject to availability.
- Apart from two smoking floors, a cleaning fee will be charged for Smoking including cigars, electronic cigarettes (E- cigarettes), tobacco pipes and personal vaporizers in the room.
