We had the most magical Christmas in Niseko with my husband and our 3 children. Everything here is just sp beautiful. The price is on the luxury side, but it is so worth it. The unit is huge for Japan standard which has a living room, dining & kitchen and 2 spacious rooms. The location is perfect and there are restaurants nearby. There is a free shuttle to Hirafu, but you can actually walk to and from there. The view is impeccable! This is a memory that our family will surely treasure forever!

beside the place which was exceptional clean and comfortable. Facilities up to the mark. Garage parking fror motorcycles and direct access with the elevator. The reception staff was amazing helpful and great communication skills too. We forgot something in the room and the after handling by the staff was absolutely professional. Season was summer and we would love to stay there in winter.

Chatrium Niseko is a wonderful place to stay, especially for families and groups. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy home-like feel. Its location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and ski areas. We also appreciated the filled-up refrigerator, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a great choice for a relaxing Niseko getaway.

We stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for us. We also enjoyed dining at The Legends Restaurant and Bar. The food was really good, and a special mention goes to the maître d’, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she made our dining experience extra special! Playing at The Vintage Golf Course was another highlight. It’s a beautiful course in stunning surroundings. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, being surrounded by nature and seeing kangaroos roaming freely throughout the grounds. It’s the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, a fantastic getaway with great golf, delicious food, comfortable accommodation and beautiful natural surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Enormous resort broken into wings. My large, well equipped room was very comfortable. Great deal with Luxury Escape including parking and our breakfast each day. A interesting walk from our Wing 10 to The Legends Restaurant & Spikes bar – 2 drinks included in the Lux Esc deal but fine dining awaits at Legends. Wonderful service and top meal – most impressed. The deal gives wine tastings around the Hunter plus a top cheese tasting. Also a walk to Nineteen The Vintage -great pub style good and drinks. Great happy hour and daily food special – loved it!! Certainly recommend a stay at Chateau Elan

Great location, lovely feeling when walking out of the front doors. Plenty of charm and character to the building and was such a nice feeling to briefly live in such a wholesome building. Will definitely stay here again because it was cheap enough and so much nicer than the alternative newer sterile style of hotel.

It was like stepping back in time. From the moment we walked through the entrance we were taken back to a very stylish era. The Hotel was majestic in architecture and decor, and the good old-fashioned service was second to none. Our suite was grand and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the huge, elegant dining room was amazing. It was restaurant style where a waiter/waitress takes your order from a set menu (no buffet). The food and coffee was outstanding. If you’re looking for everyday modern accommodation perhaps give The Hotel Windsor a miss – this is classy, elegant, old fashioned luxury. Also, it was impressive that the average person could afford to experience a stay at The Hotel Windsor without feeling out of place. If you’re interested in history you will love The Hotel Windsor.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, first time was a Wedding Anniversary, the room and staff were beautiful and old school comfort, this time I paid for a small upgrade from the standard room, just beautiful again, checked my bag in early as I had to go out for the day, on return checking was quick and efficient, my bag was already in my room, which was lovely, can’t complain or be more impressed by the quality and staff
