Positioned in vibrant Hirafu Village, Chatrium Niseko Japan is the ideal launchpad for adventure. Drive 25 minutes to the base of iconic Mt Yotei to reach its summit trail, or head one hour east to Shikotsu-Toya National Park where you can dive in the crystal-clear waters of a caldera lake and admire one of Japan’s most active volcanoes. Back in the village, you’ll find streets packed with boutiques, restaurants and trendy bars. The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from New Chitose Airport (CTS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Please Note:

• The minibar is fully stocked with non-alcoholic drinks at check-in and not replenished during your stay.
• Free shuttle service to the mountain gondola is only operational in the winter season (1 December to 31 March).
• The breakfast hamper is delivered upon arrival with enough provisions for the length of your stay.
• Some inclusions are valid only for the winter season. Please select your package carefully.
• The ski lift will operate from 30 November 2024 to 31 March 2025. The Chatrium shuttle bus will be available for all guests from December through March.
• Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can only be used at Green Farm Deli Café Roaster and Temporada Tapas Bar. These are both seasonal venues with opening dates subject to change. Please check the hotel website to confirm opening hours.
