The GHB is a lovely resort with mature gardens and lovely water features and ponds. The rooms are comfortable and more than ample. The service people and all staff are so professional and greet everyone all the time. The restaurants provide a great choice of food preferences and go out of their way to ensure allergy issues are addressed. Travelling with a family of 14 was great fun and everyone had a great time.

Our rooms were upgraded. The food was amazing. The service was phenomenal. The location was perfect. The grounds of the hotel were lush, green and tropical. So many things to do in the one hotel complex. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, well located, and very well equipped for families with kids. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. A special thank you to the staff for the thoughtful gifts for the children and the lovely birthday cake, which made the occasion extra special. We truly appreciated the kind attention to detail and would highly recommend this hotel to families!

We splurged on access to the Horizon Club and it was totally worth it. The breakfast, and the evening canapés and drinks were extra special – they weren't done on a budget like we have seen in some other hotels.
The pool is magnificent, parts of it were nice and deep (2.5m) which is unusual in Asia, which probably explains why they offer swim vests by the pool as well.

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed at and we travel the world in luxury resorts. The service was exceptional along with the dining, room service and actual room. Absolutely 1st class 6* all the way !!
This is a beautiful resort. It is kept in perfect condition and the staff are always happy to assist with a smile & Enthusiasm. The staff are properly trained in their job and the resort was spotless
We preferred the breakfast at Ayana main lobby but they were all fantastic. You can choose from so many restaurants and they are all good quality.
I had a wonderful massage from Pari who was properly trained at massages. I felt that 1.800.000 ++ was expensive for 30 minutes of massage – that’s about $155 AUD. I’d expect that for 1 hour so I felt a bit cheated with that
I also found drinks to be very expensive. But I guess you have to pay for the luxury of such fine service.
There is no need to leave the resort which is good & bad. You miss out if traditional Bali if you don’t venture out. All in all a definite AAAAA++++ all the way. I couldn’t fault it. Thank you teramakasi!

Ayana Segara in Bali is absolute paradise. It’s an experience that everyone should sample. It was absolutely breathtaking the location food and atmosphere the attention to detail and all round service was flawless.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff are incredible cannot do enough for you. The food is sensational and very generous. We had a cliff suite and added all the extras 3 meals cocktail for 2 hours we found that we didn’t even leave the hotel it just provided in every way. Perfect 5 night stay to totally unwind and relax and feel spoilt
