Adults-Only Resort: This is an adults-only (18+) resort. Guests aged 17 years and under are not permitted.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.

Book with Confidence: Right up until 14 days before check-in you can enjoy unlimited, free date changes, convert your accommodation booking into a ‘Buy now, choose dates later’ package or cancel your accommodation booking with 100% credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date.

After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please Note:

• Helicopter transfers (upgrade only): Guests are required to advise the resort of their flight details as soon as flights are booked in order for helicopter transfers to be arranged. Guests must land in Nadi before 3.30pm in order to use the helicopter transfers.
• A minimum of four passengers are required per transfer. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered a refund on the transfer only.
• Baggage allowance is 15kg per person with excess baggage fees of FJ$10 per kilo (approx A$6) payable depending on availability of space. If no space is available, the luggage can be stored at the airport in locked lockers or sent on the next available flight.
• All departures are subject to weather conditions. Should weather conditions result in flight cancellation and alternative transport cannot be arranged, guests may be required to stay overnight at their own expense. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Operating time within daylight hours typically 6.45am and 5.30pm. Please note May, June and July have shortened daylight hours.
• Actual flight times are subject to change due to flight schedules. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Pacific Island Air will confirm flight times with the resort the night prior.
• Helicopters can carry surfboards under 6ft7 only.
• Sandbar lunch experience: Due to the heat at midday, for your comfort, it is sometimes recommended that lunch is consumed at the resort with drinks provided at the sandbar.
• careFIJI app: Guests are required to download the careFIJI app prior to arrival at Tadrai Island Resort.
• Covid-19 protocols: All guests must adhere to Covid-19 safety measures mandated by Fiji Government, including temperature checks, face mask-wearing, both doses of any Covid-19 vaccinations, careFiji app activation on mobile phone and any other protocol or information released by Fiji Govt.
