Existing customers who refer: Your referral credits are stored in your Luxury Escapes account and will be applied automatically at the end of the month in which your friend / referee takes their trip.
New customers who are referred: Your referral credit (in the form of a promo code) will be sent to you via email with a referral link. This one-time code will need to be applied in the ‘Add a promo code’ section on the payment page (underneath Grand Total)
Your referral credit will be added to your account at the end of the month in which your friend / referee takes their trip.
Yes – your friend’s (referees) promocode will only be valid for purchases of A$499 or more and your referral code will equally only apply to purchases of A$499 more more.
