Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2021, an additional surcharge of THB 3,000 per adult and THB 1,500 per child applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• For the two-course lunch you can choose from a set menu or à la carte menu. For à la carte you are entitled to THB 350 net food credit per person per meal.
• For the three-course dinner you can choose from a set menu or à la carte menu. For à la carte you are entitled to THB 600 net food credit per person per meal.
• Six-course tapas dinner at The Harbour Restaurant at The Shore at Katathani Resort: inclusion valid for two adults. If children are attending, dinner will be served at La Scala.
• Thai cooking class: to avoid disappointment, please book cooking class one day in advance. No amendments can be made once class is booked.
• Free-flow drink hour: available from 4.30pm-5.30pm at Coconut Bar or Beach Club Bar. Drinks include mojito, mai tai, piña colada, margarita, Chang beer and local spirits.
• One-way airport transfer: maximum capacity of two adults and three children with five pieces of luggage (32 inches each) in the vehicle. A surcharge of THB 1,500 for an extra vehicle may apply for additional guests/excess luggage.
• Kids’ Club is available free for children (4-12) between 9am-5pm daily.
• The Harbour Restaurant is located at The Shore Katathani Resort, a five-minute walk from Katathani Phuket Beach Resort.
