This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• All meals can be redeemed in the main restaurant, beachfront, or poolside in the Bure.
• The low season is November to March.
• Low-Season Bonus: 25% discount on roundtrip air transfers from Nadi and FJ$100 resort credit is valid only for bookings from 1 November 2022 to 31 March 2023 or 1 November 2023 to 20 December 2023 only. Flights must be booked directly with the resort.
• Transfers: Roundtrip flight transfers from Nadi International Airport are required to reach the resort. A surcharge of FJ$1,208 per person applies. Standard transfer departure time from Nadi International Airport is 2pm. Flights are as per the resort’s schedule and must be purchased directly with Yasawa. Please consider island transfer times when booking your international flights to Fiji.
• Spa Treatments: Must be redeemed on separate days. Valid for couples massage only. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend is required. Cannot be redeemed with any other offer.
• Resort Activities: Complimentary resort activities exclude diving and fishing. An entry fee applies for the Blue Lagoons Cave.
• Complimentary motorised and non-motorised watersport equipment hire excludes diving, fishing and any private tour/trip.
