The Maldives’ Best All-Inclusive Resorts

The water’s crystal clear and the drinks are free-flowing: discover our pick of the Maldives’ best all-inclusive resorts.

Nowhere is there an all-inclusive escape like the Maldives. With options to suit every budget, these resorts take paradise to another level: with many including daily gourmet dining, free-flowing drinks, exciting excursions and (much) more, you won’t have to lift a finger. Dreaming of an overwater villa holiday? Read on to find your perfect match.

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa

Park Hyatt takes island luxury to new depths – literally. On one of the Maldives’ deepest atolls, this resort not only enjoys complete privacy from neighbouring islands, but it has underwater ecosystems that rank among the region’s best for snorkelling and diving, with a house reef that wraps 360 degrees around the island.

Learn to dive at the resort’s Blue Journeys Dive and Activity Center, join a marine biologist on a turtle quest, or go full dark mode: snorkel at nighttime with fluorescent light sticks, revealing bug-eyed squirrelfish, soldierfish and moray eels in their nocturnal element. The beach and overwater villas here are angular and modern compared to traditional Maldivian style, with the jewel in the crown the three-bedroom Kiaali Residence.

The all-inclusive plan: All-inclusive life starts with warm mornings at The Dining Room beside the infinity pool, ocean in view, with lunch here (or at The Bar) after a morning of island adventures. Come evening, leave your shoes in your room for dinner at The Island Grill; perched on a blanket of powder-white sand, this waterside restaurant serves grilled seafood and prime meats from an open kitchen. Pair all of that with premium drinks – top-shelf spirits and an extensive wine and cocktail menu – and you’ll never want to leave.

OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort

Circled by a colourful house reef and snorkelling channels, OUTRIGGER’s private island is a haven for underwater adventures. Explore the reefs at your own pace or dive deeper with a three-hour whale shark experience, swimming alongside these gentle giants. After days living like a mermaid, settle into the balmy evening with a movie under the stars, feet in the sand, at the resort’s outdoor cinema.

With six onsite restaurants and bars, being cast away on this private island is no tribulation. For a special occasion, treat yourself to dinner at the overwater Moodhu Grill, where five clear, bubble-like dining platforms hover above the reef.

The all-inclusive plan: The all-inclusive package covers you from dawn to dusk. Head to Cuisine Gallery for international-themed buffets with live cooking stations, and drift from the poolside to lunch and cocktails at Edgewater, steps from the beach. Special discounts bring fine-dining restaurants within reach, so you can experience Koto’s intimate teppanyaki or the views from Art-I-San, perched at the island’s highest point.

Seaside Finolhu Baa Atoll

With a guest list that has included Leonardo DiCaprio and the Beckhams, you’ll be in good company at Seaside Finolhu Baa Atoll, an award-winning luxury playground in the UNESCO-protected biosphere reserve. The magic begins on the transfer to the island – as you step off the plane in Malé, it’s off to the Finolhu Airport Lounge to relax before your exciting seaplane adventure or domestic flight to the resort.

This resort is made for barefoot exploration, with a sandbar connecting two kilometres of powdery white beaches across four islands. And if you’re after more than a beach stroll, the activities deliver: soar on an X-Jet Blade, craft pottery at the Art Lab, perfect your swing at the golf simulator, or simply enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming.

The all-inclusive plan: At this all-inclusive oasis, start each day with breakfast at the ocean-facing Beach Kitchen, then return for lunch or dinner – or head to Pizza Counter instead. Stay refreshed with free-flowing drinks during restaurant hours. Plus, look out for bonus dining credits and specialty dining perks with longer stays.

Lily Beach Resort & Spa

Named the Maldives’ ‘Leading All-Inclusive Resort’ by the World Travel Awards 2025, Lily Beach Resort & Spa is a flop-and-drop stay that redefines island indulgence. And at just a 25-minute seaplane flight from Malé, it’s one of the more accessible luxury resorts in the Maldives.

Between its world-class dining and oceanfront infinity pool, it’s Tamara Spa that steals the show. Massage tables hover above the ocean in overwater treatment pavilions, where glass floor panels reveal the marine world drifting below.

The all-inclusive plan: Its Platinum Plan all-inclusive dining means you’ll never go hungry, and there’s a drink for any hour of the day, with a free-flowing selection of cocktails, premium spirits, beers, premium wines and French Taittinger champagne by the glass, as well as juices, teas, coffees, soft drinks and daily restocks of your minibar. Choose two excursions per person – coral garden snorkeling, fishing, or sunset cruise – plus unlimited access to snorkeling gear and non-motorised watersports.

Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort

This resort claims Maamutaa Island as its own, with a natural lake at its centre and a breathtaking lagoon beyond. The jungle-clad Beach Villas offer a sense of seclusion, while the Ocean Villas have stairs leading directly to the ocean and illuminated glass panels on the floor. Pullman Maldives Maamutaa is one of few resorts to offer underwater bedrooms; in its Aqua Villas, you’ll wake to tropical fish darting through coral just beyond your bed.

The all-inclusive plan: Known as one of the most generous all-inclusive resort in the Maldives, you can indulge to your heart’s content with unlimited a la carte dining at three onsite restaurants and sample the flavours of the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Maldives. And the free-flow drinks have never looked better – think premium pours from a mega 80-bottle floor-to-ceiling wine display, plus high-end spirits and a minibar replenished once daily.

Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort

In the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, only a 55-minute domestic flight from Malé, is Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort, an all-villa sanctuary that lives up to every archetype this destination is known for. This paradise is just for adults, which makes it a beacon for honeymooners, couples and grown-up groups. Take your pick between a beach or an overwater villa; one with a private pool or one without.

Fill your days on an all-inclusive stay at Mercure Maldives Koodoo Resort with as much, or as little, as you fancy. Chill out by the resort swimming pool, grazing and sipping on refreshments from Pool Bar. Take out a stand-up paddleboard or kayak for an hour every day.

The all-inclusive plan: You don’t have to lift a finger with an all-inclusive package. Mornings start with buffet breakfast at Alita, the resort’s all-day diner overlooking the lagoon, where you might tuck into pancakes, waffles, eggs done your way, fresh juices, and oven-warm pastries. Return for lunch and dinner, or head to Vista, the Italian-influenced overwater eatery. Signature cocktails, house spirits, and wines are on hand at the Pool Bar.

OBLU SELECT Sangeli

Leave your troubles on the plane and embrace picture-perfect paradise at OBLU SELECT Sangeli. This five-star escape offers the best of both worlds: a family-friendly main island and a secluded adults-only retreat with exclusive Honeymoon Water Suites, plus a pool, bar, restaurants and a wellness centre.

The all-inclusive plan: Whether you’re after romance or family fun, the all-inclusive SERENITY package exceeds every expectation. From the 50-minute speedboat transfer from Malé to all meals and free-flowing spirits, wines, beers, soft drinks and signature cocktails at three onsite bars, everything’s covered. Local music and DJ nights provide the soundtrack once a week, with live performances entertaining three times weekly. Enjoy a choice of excursions – sunset fishing, guided snorkelling, moonlight cruise or cultural experiences, plus access to paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel gear and pedalos.

Atmosphere Kanifushi

Two kilometres of endless white beach, azure waters and palm trees await at Atmosphere Kanifushi, a villa-only all-inclusive haven in the Lhaviyani Atoll. It offers a wide selection of villas, the most wow-worthy perhaps the Water Villa with its glass ‘aquarium floor’, through which you can watch the exotic marine life pass by.

The all-inclusive plan: Switch into holiday mode from the moment you land – on the Kanifushi plan, the resort team will meet you at the airport and escort you to the private lounge while you wait to hop on a seaplane to Kanifushi Island. At The Spice, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style and at live cooking stations, or keep it light with à la carte lunch and snacks at The Sunset Pool Bar or Liquid. With select stays you’ll also get a taste of the specialty restaurants; there’s authentic Sri Lankan street food at Ceylon Bliss, Mediterranean at The Sunset or Just Veg, the Maldives’ first vegetarian restaurant. Signature cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks, juices and water are free-flowing, while your in-villa minibar is restocked daily, ensuring you’ll never go thirsty.

Activities are equally as varied – cast a line on a sunset fishing trip and choose between a visit to a turtle rehab centre or a historical journey to Kurendhoo Island. Explore the surrounding lagoon with unlimited use of non-motorised watersports or join guides on a snorkelling excursion, departing twice daily.
