7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is an American buffet breakfast, served at The Main Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am daily.
- Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 5pm daily. Children must be between four and 12 years of age to use the Kids’ Club.
- The included cocktails can be redeemed from the standard menu any time during opening hours.
- Included massage is a choice of a 60-minute Thai or 60-minute oil massage. Advance bookings are essential.
- Set-menu lunches or dinners are a la carte meals from a semi-restricted menu, served at The Main Restaurant from 12pm to 3.30pm (lunch) or 6pm to 10pm (dinner). Evening meals may be served as a buffet at the hotel’s discretion.
- The included cooking class can be booked daily from 12pm and lasts approximately two to three hours. The class will consist of a tour of the X10 Vegetable Garden, along with harvesting of vegetables, ingredient preparation and cooking of a three-course meal featuring a soup, starter and main course. The class will finish with lunch at The Main Restaurant, where guests will enjoy the food they have cooked. Guests will also be presented with a cooking certificate and a picture with the head chef.
- Airport transfers can be organised for a surcharge per car (maximum three guests per car). Transfers can be booked directly with the hotel via phone or email and must be booked at least two days in advance. Payment is due upon arrival at the resort.
