7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Royal Cafe Restaurant and Royal Shore Restaurant between 6.30am to 10.30am.
• The included two-course set-menu lunch or dinner is served at Royal Cafe Restaurant and Royal Shore Restaurant. Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm and dinner is from 6pm to 9.30pm. On selected days, this will be buffet style, notified in advance by the hotel.
• The included spa treatment is at Royal Retreat Spa and must be booked in advance.
• One hour of free-flow drinks and canapes is available at the Royal Lounge from 8pm to 11pm daily. Available drinks include local wine and cocktails.
• The complimentary minibar is replenished daily and includes mineral water, Coca-Cola, Larue beer, instant noodle cup and snacks.

All-Inclusive Upgrades:

• The 15% transport and laundry discount can be used multiple times.
• Dining discount: The included 15% discount must be used during your stay.
• Any unused discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
• The all-inclusive package includes daily buffet breakfast, two-course lunch and dinner and daily free-flow drinks.
• Free-flow drinks are available at any onsite venue from 11am to 9pm daily and include soft drinks, juice, local beer, tea, coffee, classic cocktails, standard spirits and house wine.
• Dishes marked ‘premium’ on menus will incur a cost.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
