The resort is beloved by families and couples alike for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to California’s most beautiful beaches. Both Los Angeles and San Diego are within a two-hour drive, while Disneyland is a 30-minute drive away.

The resort is located approximately a 30-minute drive from John Wayne Airport (SNA) or a one-hour drive from Los Angeles Airport (LAX). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• US$50 breakfast credit: A la carte breakfast is served at Surf Hero Marketplace every day from 6am–12pm, or at Cabo Wabo Beach Club on Monday – Friday from 7am–11am and Saturday – Sunday from 7am–11:30am. Credit is per package (not per person) and must be used daily (non-accumulative).
• Food and beverage credit: Dining credit is redeemable at all of the onsite restaurants and bars. Credit is per package (not per person) and must be used daily (non-accumulative).
  • Henry’s Coastal cuisine is open for brunch on weekends from 10am–2pm. Dinner is available Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5pm–9:30pm (last seating at 9pm), and Friday–Saturday from 5pm–10pm.
  • Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge is open for cocktails and light bites Monday–Friday from 4pm–10pm and Saturday – Sunday from 3pm–10pm. Brunch tapas are available Saturday – Sunday from 11am–3pm (last seating 2:45pm).
  • Cabo Wabo Sand Bar is open seasonally, and is the restaurant on the sand across from the hotel.
  • Cabo Wabo Beach Club is located on the on property and is open year-round for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Credit is eligible for use at both.
• Daily resort charges are included in your package. They include: complimentary Wi-Fi, a beach wagon with chairs and umbrella, two water bottles refillable at stations throughout resort, resort activities, outdoor/board games, 15% discount off spa services and cabanas, US$15 spa retail credit, 50% discount off bikes, US$10 discount off any purchase of US$30 or moreat Hero Pizza and US$5 discount off Surf Hero Market.
• 1pm late checkout is subject to availability at check-in.
• The welcome ice cream is for children 12 years and under.
• Taxes and fees include:
