7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• A welcome hamper on arrival includes antipasto items and welcome beer and wine.
• Fridge will be stocked upon arrival with one-time supply of breakfast items, antipasto for one platter serving all guests, and fruit basket.
• Daily housekeeping includes making beds, tidying suites and changing towels, with linen changed every three days.
• Kitchen and BBQ facility cleaning is not included.
• Free unlimited fiber internet is available during your stay, with unlimited devices and accessible from all areas of the villa complex.
• Cheese platter (7-night packages only): One cheese platter per package including selection of cheeses, crackers, cold meats and fruits. Can be catered to different dietary needs. 24 hours’ notice required and can be redeemed anytime during stay.
• One-way airport transfer operates 24/7 and can be amended to a departure transfer on request only.
• Guests will be contacted for flight information.
• The entire villa complex will be available for guest use, regardless of the number of guests.
• All indoor, lounge and kitchen areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• Children below 12 are only permitted with permission from management and on request.
• Primary guest booked to stay at Waterfoot House will need to sign a waiver acknowledging the pool is unfenced.
• The primary guest listed on the booking must provide valid credit card details to be held in lieu of a security deposit.
• Standard check-in time is 2pm and checkout is 10am. Check-in from 7am (subject to availability) and checkout up to 7pm (subject to availability) is available at a surcharge of 25% of the nightly rate. Arrival before 7am or departure after 7pm will incur an additional night’s rate. Please advise if you would like either option at time of booking. Please further note that Waterfoot House does not have a waiting area at which guests can stay waiting for check-in or after check-out. Guests cannot arrive prior to 2pm and must vacate the property after checkout.
