7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 May 2026 until 31 March 2027 (bookings must be made before 1 March 2027).

Compulsory Christmas Day Lunch: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of VT10,000 per adult (13+) and VT6,000 per child (7–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of VT15,500 per adult (13+) and VT6,000 per child (7–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Airport Transfers (select packages only):

• Includes: Shared return airport transfers from Bauerfield International Airport (VLI) to Warwick Le Lagon, small bottle of water on arrival.
• Valid for one family (two adults and two children)
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After submitting your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address; however, this is not a final confirmation.
• Bountiful Tours & Transfers will contact you via email within 5 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a suitable time directly with you.
• Please ensure you provide all required customer details, including your flight number, as your booking cannot be confirmed without this information.
• Present a printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• Guests will be met in the arrival hall of the airport. When you exit Customs and Quarantine, please look for the Bountiful Tours and Transfers arrivals desk on your left as you pass through the exit hall. Bountiful Tours and Transfers are located on your left and will have your name displayed. The desk is behind the Digicel and Vodafone booths but before the Airports Vanuatu Information Desk.
• Hotel/Resort Pick Up on Departure: Pick up is 3hrs prior to departure flight time. Bountiful Tours and Transfers will confirm departure time 24hrs prior to departure with Hotel Reception.
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
• Infant or child seats can be pre-booked at time of booking free of charge, or guests are free to bring their own.
• Driver will wait for delays of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
