The villa’s outdoor amenities are designed for relaxation and entertainment. A generous private pool, complete with a sun bed chill-out area, invites leisurely days under the Ibizan sky. For alfresco dining, an outdoor dining area nestled in the shade of the trees provides the perfect setting. Additional features include a ping-pong court, a wood fire oven, a fireplace, and a BBQ, ensuring endless entertainment. The villa’s location is a short drive from some of Ibiza’s finest beaches, including Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, and Cala Tarida, with supermarkets conveniently close by.
Check-ins after 8pm incur an €80 fee.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

• Illegal parties, whether for profit or not, will result in immediate eviction without refund and authorities may be contacted
• All villas are equipped with a Bluetooth speaker in line with Ibiza’s sound regulations
• Outside sound equipment, including speakers or DJ gear, is strictly prohibited and will result in instant eviction with no refund
• Groups of guests under 21 years old are not permitted to book
• Late-night check-ins after 8pm incur an €80 fee
• Cots are available for €60 and high chairs for €30 upon request
