ULTIQA Beach Haven on Broadbeach is located moments from the spectacular surf of Kurrawa Beach, with the Oracle Boulevard dining precinct just a five-minute walk away. A 10-minute drive takes you to Surfers Paradise, while Sea World is a 20-minute drive away.

The resort is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) and a one-hour drive from Brisbane Airport (BNE). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Tennis courts and BBQ facilities require advance booking, available from 8am–8pm daily.
• Complimentary undercover parking is valid for one vehicle per package. Guests can access the carpark with their access fob that they will be given at time of check-in.
• Welcome gift includes chips and sweet treats, placed in the apartment on arrival.

Dreamworld & SkyPoint Observation Deck Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Unlimited entry to Dreamworld for the duration of your hotel stay
• Unlimited entry to WhiteWater World for the duration of your hotel stay (available on selected dates)
• Unlimited entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck for the duration of your hotel stay
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first)
• WhiteWater World operates seasonally and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay, please plan accordingly. Partial refunds will not be provided in the event the park is closed during your visit.
• WhiteWater seasonal operation dates:
  • November – 14 December: Friday: 10.30am–5pm, Saturday – Sunday: 10am–5pm
  • 15–24, 26 December: Every day 10am–5pm
  • 27 December – 10 January: Every day 10am–6pm
  • 11–26 January: Every day 10am–5pm
  • 30 January – 19 April: Friday: 10.30am–5pm, Saturday – Sunday: 10am–5pm
  • 20 April – late-2026: Seasonal closure
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children under 3 are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+.
• Park, attraction and ride availability is not guaranteed and subject to change. Ride availability may change due to adverse weather, or attraction maintenance, all maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change.
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to Dreamworld’s displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details.
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements.
• Attractions are subject to change depending on availability.
• Our team will process Dreamworld tickets 14 days before check-in to allow for any date changes or cancellations within the 21-day change of mind period, and your Dreamworld tickets will be added to your booking within this period.
• Once the Dreamworld ticket has been added to your booking it is strictly non-refundable.
• The Dreamworld ticket must be presented upon entry to the theme park or attraction to be admitted.
