  • Please note: Limited garage parking is available at an additional cost of AU$30 per night, from 4.30pm–9pm on Monday–Friday and from 7.30am–10.30am on Saturday & Sunday, payable directly to the hotel (subject to availability). Please call the hotel in advance to book.
  • Breakfast is buffet and served at TRIBE Table between 6.30am–9.30am (Monday to Friday) and 7.30am–9.30am (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. The credit is non-cumulative and must be used each day. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at TRIBE Table for drinks and dining (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
  • TRIBE Table is open Monday — Saturday from 4.30pm to 9.30pm.
  • The hotel does not accept cash as a payment mode. Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted.
  • A bond of AU$100 will be taken upon check-in for damages and additional incidentals.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
