7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Fine Print:

• The reef cruise included in your package is valid for two guests only. Reef cruises for any additional guests are available for purchase at checkout.
• Quicksilver will be in touch within 1–2 business days to book in your desired date, which is subject to availability. If not available, customers will receive a full refund.
• Adult rates apply for ages 14 and above; child rate ages apply for ages 4–13.
• A family fare can be requested for a maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal rates will apply for additional children.
• Children aged three and under may board the cruise free of charge, and must be booked directly with Quicksilver at the time of confirming dates.
• Drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard.
• Certified divers must bring their certification card.
• Drones are not permitted.
• Fuel surcharge: With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure.
• The following optional tours are available at an additional cost: introductory and certified scuba diving, ocean-walker helmet diving, marine biologist guided snorkel tours, scenic helicopter flights.
