The resort is by the start of the Great Ocean Road in Torquay, a thriving coastal town just 10 minutes from the internationally renowned Bells Beach and mere moments from world-class eateries and boutiques. Drop into the Australian National Surfing Museum, visit 4 Pines Brewing Company, explore nearby wineries including Bellbrae Estate or cruise along one of Australia’s most famed stretches of coastline. The Sands Torquay is approximately a 90-minute drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL) or 40 minutes from Avalon Airport (AVV). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

- The one-time golf ball inclusion is to be used at the driving range, with the balls available for pick up from the Pro Shop open 7am to 7pm.
- Advance booking is required for the golf course. 18 holes typically range from A$90 to A$110, depending on tee time. Club hire is available at A$35 for 9 holes and A$55 for 18 holes. The included discount does not apply to club hire.
- There are five Urban Classic Accessible rooms available.
