Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB8,500 per adult (12+) and THB4,250 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants under four are free of charge. Payable directly to hotel.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is available at The Wiwa from 7am to 11am.
- A la carte lunch and dinner are available from 12pm to 10pm and include one main dish and one soft drink.
- Minibar is replenished daily and includes two cans of beer, four cans of soft drinks, four boxes of fruit juice, two bottles of water and three coffee capsules.
- Nightly cocktail is available from 4pm to 10pm daily.
- Snorkelling and kayak equipment is available from November to March, and includes one hour of complimentary rental per day.
- Massage is a choice of Aromatherapy, Oriental Thai, Deep Sport or Ancient Thai massage.
- Massage treatments should be booked one day in advance, and treatments cannot be combined or swapped with other massages on the spa menu.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Return private airport transfers, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- Transfer information must be submitted at least three days in advance of travel by managing your booking and providing the information below:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats required
- Number of pieces of luggage
- After you have completed your transfer information, a confirmation of transfer details will be sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date. Please have your main contact number active once landed, as it will be used for main communication to be in touch with the driver either by regular call, text message or through internet call connection (such as WhatsApp). - Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat.
- Additional infant seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required.
- Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- Please note that transfers are included for up to three guests. An additional surcharge may apply for additional guests.
