Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - The cellar door is open daily 11am to 5pm. Bookings are essential as the wine tastings are a seated experience.
- Breakfast is served daily from 8am to 10.30am at The Provedore and includes one a la carte breakfast item and a hot drink per person. Bookings are preferred and can be made upon arrival.
- The included spa credit must be used during your stay at Mitchelton Day Spa on separate treatments of 60+ minutes. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bookings are essential and limited, and it is recommended to book prior to your arrival. The spa is open seven days per week, from 9.30am to 5pm.
- Should you wish not to indulge in a welcome glass of wine (or for guests under 18) you will be offered still or sparkling water upon arrival. The welcome drink is served at reception upon arrival.
- Included daily replenished minibar in Crescent Cabins contain alcoholic drinks which are chargeable.
