Approximately a 90-minute drive from Melbourne, the Goulburn Valley wine region is a breathtaking natural playground of vineyards and sprawling native bushland, divided by the Goulburn River. The Mitchelton Hotel Nagambie is set in the town of Nagambie, just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • The cellar door is open daily 11am – 5pm. Bookings are essential as the wine tastings are a seated experience.
  • Breakfast is served daily from 8–10.30am at The Provedore and includes one a la carte breakfast item and a hot drink per person. Bookings are preferred and can be made upon arrival.
  • The included spa credit must be used during your stay at Mitchelton Day Spa on separate treatments of 60+ minutes. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bookings are essential and limited, and it is recommended to book prior to your arrival. The spa is open seven days per week, from 9.30am to 5pm.
  • Should you wish not to indulge in a welcome glass of wine (or for guests under 18) you will be offered still or sparkling water upon arrival. The welcome drink is served at reception upon arrival.
Cancellation policy

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
