Make the most of the resort’s perfect location, just a 15-minute drive from Waikiki, but secluded enough to offer privacy and relaxation. Take the free scheduled shuttle to Waikiki, where you can visit the Diamond Head State Monument and Pearl Harbor National Memorial, marvel at Iolani Palace, walk the Makapuu Lighthouse Trail and relax on the iconic Waikiki Beach. The shuttle will also take you to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Kahala Mall if you’re looking to do some holiday shopping.

The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. (HNL). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• All guests at The Kahala enjoy daily scheduled resort transfers to Waikiki, Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Kahala Mall.

• The nightly rate includes all applicable taxes and daily resort fees. Benefits include: Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness centre access, Hawaiian cultural classes, bottled water, bike rental, beach towel, daily housekeeping and access to resort amenities and facilities.
• Children aged five years under are entitled to a free buffet breakfast.
• Children aged 17 years and under can stay for free in rooms, sleeping on existing two double bed bedding configurations, and do not receive any inclusions.
• This property is currently undergoing a refresh. To minimise the disruption for guests, the work will be restricted to guest rooms only. This work will take place from February to June 2025, and then from September to mid-December 2025. While work is underway, resort management will make every effort to minimise noise and disturbance. Guests may experience intermittent noise disturbances during work hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4pm. Dates and times are subject to change at any time without notice.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, flower lei on arrival, meet and greet service and luggage assistance.
• Please email reservations@alohavip.com with your booking ID, number of people, preferred booking dates and times.
• Minimum seven days before the desired booking. Aloha VIP will reply within three business days confirming your booking.
• An infant seat can be booked atUS$10 per seat, each way. To be paid to the driver. Infant seats must be booked in advance.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
