Positioned on the picturesque Khuk Khak Beach, in the centre of Khao Lak’s coastline between the Andaman Sea and a tropical lagoon, The Haven Khao Lak is the ideal secluded spot for a Thailand escape. A complimentary scheduled shuttle will take you to the city centre on market days, and key attractions such as the Tsunami Museum and Bang Niang Market are all within a 10-minute drive. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast will be served daily from 6.30am until 10.30am at Sundial Restaurant.
• A choice between a three-course or buffet dinner will be served at Vongole Restaurant from 6pm until 10pm.
• The high tea experience is served at Vongole Restaurant or Angel Wing Bar from 2pm until 4pm.
• Daily cocktails will be available at Vongole Swim Up Bar from 11am until 4pm, or Angel Wing Bar from 2pm until 10.30pm.
• 30-minute massages are a choice between a foot or a back and shoulder massage, and must be booked at least 24 hours prior.
• The compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner fee covers food only.
• The complimentary scheduled shuttle departs for the city centre on market days and has limited seats.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• Transfers required from midnight to 6am will be charged a fee of THB350 per vehicle, per way.
• A three-seater car can fit up to three pieces of luggage, and a six-seater car can fit up to six pieces.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests are able to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
