7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily set-menu breakfast is served at Favorite Son from 7am to 11am.
- Dining Credit: The one-time included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Favorite Son or Waikiki Swim & Social Club (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
- Daily resort fee includes three daily credits for beach umbrellas, beach chairs or one-hour surfboard rental; FIT Waikiki wellness centre access for two; bicycle rental, neighbourhood discounts and perks. This is valid per package.
- FIT Waikiki wellness centre is located offsite at Alohilani Resort Waikiki.
- Cabana rental is valid once per stay. No bookings required. Guest can request at front desk on arrival.
- A cot for infants is available on request, to be arranged by contacting the property directly.
Return Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):
- Includes: A return shared airport shuttle transfer from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) via air-conditioned vehicle with comfortable leather seating.
- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours prior to flight departure. To complete booking, you must provide info@flyshuttletours.com with the information below:
- Full name of lead traveller
- Flight number and airline
- Arrival date and time
- Hotel address
- Please send your Luxury Escapes voucher with your booking code for redemption
- Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
- A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
- After you book your transportation, you will be sent your pick-up location information.
- Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately)
- There is a limit of two (2) standard-size suitcases allowed per person. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs may be subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
- Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly.
- Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee may apply from US$250.
- Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.
