Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5,800 per adult (16+) and THB2,900 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Sail Restaurant from 6.30am–10am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served from a three-course set menu at Sail Restaurant with both Thai and International choices from 11am–10pm. Dinner will not be available on December 24 (non-compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner) and December 31 (compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner applies).
• Massages must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance at Soothe Spa. Soothe Spa is open daily from 11am–7pm.
• The included beach hopping experience runs each Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 1pm–4pm. Depart SUNSURI PHUKET, Nai Harn Beach and visit Fisherman Village, Rawai, Promtep Cape, Yanui Beach, Windmill Viewpoint and Nai Harn Beach. The experience includes a bottle of water and one soft drink at Sea Breeze. Booking upon check-in is recommended.
• Nightly free-flow drinks are valid for one hour from your first drink at Sip Bar between 5pm–10.45pm.
• Children can enjoy free-flow soft drinks or ice-cream in place of alcoholic drinks.
• Sandbox Kids Club is open daily from 9am–6pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers & Fine print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time.
  • Child seats requirements.
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items.
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
