Getting to Bangkok is easy. Flights to Bangkok fly direct from most major Australian cities. Airline carriers include Thai Airways, Qantas, Emirates and more with an approximate flight time of nine hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours).

Return airport transfers (from the airport to SO Sofitel Bangkok and from Hua Hin back to the airport, or vice versa) plus transfers between the two hotels are included in your package.

Want to stay in Hua Hin first? The default package is two nights in Bangkok, followed by six nights in Hua Hin, however it is possible to switch and do Hua Hin first. Please note a supplement of THB2,000 (approx. AUD90) per person applies to this adjustment paid direct to the hotel. Subject to change. Please contact our customer service team to arrange. This only applies to bookings made after 9.10am 21 January 2019 AEDST.

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$90 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, all transfers and Bangkok Club Access only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, daily breakfast, all transfers and Bangkok Club Access only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Upgrades: Please note that all upgrades apply to Hua Hin only. All packages will stay in a SO Comfy room in Bangkok.

Transfers: Please note that transfers between the two hotels and from the airport to SO Sofitel Hua Hin (or vice versa) are facilitated by SO Sofitel (on a shared basis, with fixed 1pm pick-up.) Private transfers with departures outside of this timeframe are available but must be arranged directly with the hotel at an extra charge to the guest.

Your one-way transfer from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport to SO Sofitel Bangkok (or vice versa) will be provided by www.myphuket-holiday.com.

In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact MyPhuket-Holiday directly via email res@myphuket-holiday.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

A copy of your booking confirmation with the following details:

• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number
• Booking ID: LUXSOFITEL

IMPORTANT: Transfers (Toyota Camry) are for a maximum of three adults OR two adults and two children (aged 11 and under) per package. Maximum three pieces of luggage per car. Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required to accommodate oversized luggage.

Connecting rooms are available for SO Cozy Bangkok and SO Studio Hua Hin only. Strictly subject to availability.
