Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$950 per adult (12 years onwards) and US$425 per child (6-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort and excludes all drinks. There is no charge for children below five years.
Border Pass Requirement: Guests must send a copy of their passport at least three days before arrival to receive a border pass to cross the UAE-Oman Dibba checkpoint; residents of the UAE will also need to supply a copy of their resident visa.

- US$100 Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Resort Credit can be utilised at the spa and for food and drinks at on-site outlets. Resort credit cannot be used towards room charges.

Check-in and Checkout
- Check-in: 3pm (local time).
- Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the nightly rate.
- Checkout: noon (local time).
- Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the nightly rate.
- Guests arriving on early morning flights are kindly requested to book early check-in in advance.
- Guests departing on late flights are kindly requested to book late check-out in advance.
- Early check-in and late checkout charges are exclusive of meals and drinks.
- Check-in and checkout are not allowed on: 29–30–31 December 2025 – 1 January 2026 | Easter: 4–5 April 2026.
Private Transfers
- Private car transfers can be arranged to or from Dubai City or Dubai International Airport at the following rates:
- From US$295 per car, each way – Maximum of 3 persons per car.
- From US$335 per car, each way – Maximum of 5 persons per car.

- Rates are non-commissionable.
- Rates are inclusive of 9% Municipal Tax, 5% VAT and 8.4% service charge.
- Meet and greet service is not included and is available upon request at an additional charge.
- 100% cancellation charges apply if the transfer is cancelled 7 days before the arrival date.

Conditions for Both Offers
- Offer is not applicable from 6 to 10 June 2025.
- Breakfast and lunch are for max two people except for Duplex Villa (four pax), Retreat (six pax) and Reserve Villa (eight pax).
- Lunch cannot be exchanged for dinner. Guests will not be refunded for the unconsumed lunch.
- Two-course set-menu lunch location will be informed at check-in time.
- Restaurants are open at Management’s discretion, and their opening may vary according to occupancy and seasonality.
- Lunch orders through in-villa dining are not included and are charged at the published price.
- Daily lunch is exclusive of drinks.
- Discount does not apply to extra persons and meal plan supplements.
- The hotel reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
- Offer is not applicable for group bookings (three villas and above).
- Half-board meal plans incur a US$89 surcharge per child and a US$179 surcharge per adult. Full-board meal plans incur a US$117 surcharge per child and a US$235 surcharge per adult. Please note that this excludes private destination dining such as in-villa or beach BBQ, wine tower or cellar dinner, Sense on the Edge restaurant and premium buffet offerings.
