7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
• Please note that name changes are not permitted.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 30 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Flourish restaurant on the L floor from 6.30am to 11am. Suite guests may enjoy European a la carte breakfast at Bistrot De La Mer.
• Nightly free-flow drinks are served at the Executive Lounge between 5.30pm and 8pm.
• Executive Club Lounge access includes all-day snacks and refreshments, daily high tea from 2pm to 4.30pm and nightly free-flow cocktails from 5.30pm to 8pm. The lounge is open daily from 10am to 9pm. Guests must be aged 20+ to consume cocktails during the free-flow cocktail hour.
• Spa credit cannot be combined between guests or with other offers. Unused credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one spa credit may be used per treatment. Valid for use at Sindhorn Wellness by Resense only.
• The thermal spa experience is a hot and cold therapy which includes use of a bio sauna, aroma steam room, salt sauna, Tepidarium loungers, experience showers, cold bucket showers and a cold room. This experience is available at Sindhorn Wellness by Resense. Advanced bookings are essential. Must be aged 16+ for the thermal spa experience.
• The set-menu lunch at Ki Izakaya is available between 12pm and 3pm and includes one main, one salad, one soup and free-flowing tea.
• Reservations for Ki Izakaya are essential.
• Complimentary minibar, replenished one time only, includes non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
