Located in regional Victoria in San Remo, just 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD, Silverwater Resort offers easy access to a range of captivating attractions including the breathtaking Phillip Island with its iconic penguin parade and wildlife encounters. The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining discount can be used on drinks, lunch or dinner at Watermark Restaurant and Lounge Bar, multiple times during your stay. Discount is not valid for room service, happy hour, extra breakfast or in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Voucher must be presented to the restaurant at the time of dining.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at the Watermark Restaurant with seatings at 7am, 7.30am, 8am, 8:30am, 9am and 9.30am. Bookings are essential and must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Welcome bottle of wine is a white wine. Red wine is available upon request, subject to availability.
• A$30 dining credit per package for use at any onsite venue (select packages only): Dining credits will be subtracted before 25% discount is applied. Dining credit is per package, per stay. This credit must be used in one transaction.
• Please note for the Three Bedroom Apartment that ocean views are not guaranteed.

Half-Day Golden Hour Penguin Tour with Penguin Parade Entry and Sparkling Wine (select packages only):

• Includes: entry to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Nobbies golden hour experience and scenic wildlife boardwalk, a glass of sparkling wine (*must be 18+ for alcohol consumption), return transfer and a local guide.
• Available every day: October – March: Departs 5pm; returns 9pm (approximately), April – September: Departs 3pm; returns 7pm (approximately).
• Please allow four hours for the duration of this tour. You will be returned to your accommodation after the penguins have arrived.
• Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Should Local Way Tours need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking.
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival.
• For extra guests where this experience is not included in your stay, the half-day golden hour tour can be booked here.
