The resort is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - The included dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be redeemed at The Backyard, Pool Bar, Coffee Kiosk or on in-room dining. No minimum spend applies. Credit will be deducted from room charge upon checkout. May not be used in conjunction with any other offer, may not be exchanged for any other services or cash, and expires upon checkout.
- Self-parking is valid for one vehicle per package in a covered, secure garage.
- Horizon Club privileges (select packages only) include daily breakfast in the lounge, all-day snacks including hot and cold drinks, and late-afternoon drinks with canapes – while relaxing in the Horizon Club Lounge on the hotel’s private mezzanine level. Horizon Club guests also enjoy the pressing of one suit or dress during every stay, a shoe-shine service and use of the boardroom by arrangement.
- Daily breakfast for Horizon Club guests is served between 7am – 10am with an assortment of hot and cold dishes served in the Club Lounge.
- Evening canapes and drinks are served between 5pm – 7pm from a selection of hot and cold canapes with a cold beer, wine or basic spirit.
Full-Day Moore Reef Pontoon Tour Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: Full-day Moore Reef Pontoon tour; return transfers from Cairns Marina to Moore Reef pontoon via air-conditioned catamaran (approximately two hours each way); four hours aboard a docked pontoon with waterslide, Wi-Fi, underwater observatory, enclosed ocean pool, snorkelling equipment and lycra suit; pontoon activities including semi-submersible, glass-bottom boat tours and fish feeding presentations; and a gourmet tropical-inspired lunch.
- Valid for two adults (16+) or one family (two adults + two children aged 4–15)
- Children aged under four are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking.
- Children must be accompanied by and supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times.
- Available every day: Check-in from 8.45am – 9.45am. Departs at 10.15am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)

- The Moore Reef Day Tour may be cancelled occasionally due to poor weather. This decision is made after Sunlover Reef Cruises carefully assesses current and forecast conditions, with the comfort and safety of the guests being the number one priority
- Sea conditions vary every day. The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If the rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund
- Itinerary and reef site access are subject to change. The description has been provided as a guide only and may vary according to the conditions of the day
- Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
- Great Barrier Reef catamarans are equipped with gangways for boarding from the Cairns Marina and to the pontoon. These gangways are narrow so it is advised for wheelchair access that you get in contact with our team prior to your tour date to ensure your ability to board comfortably and safely. Disabled toilets are situated on the aft deck on our reef boats
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
