The property itself is a haven of comfort and style, with recent renovations including new flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Challenge your companions to a game of pool, foosball or chess in the LED-lit game room, or take a refreshing dip in your private pool, complete with a fountain feature.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.
The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.

Please Note:
- A starter supply kit is provided on arrival; guests may need to purchase additional supplies locally.
- Pool heating is $35/day, must be requested and paid in advance for the full stay (minimum 3 nights if applicable).
- Pool temperature is not guaranteed, especially during cold weather; no refunds for underperformance due to weather.
- Pre-order pool heat at least 48–72 hours before arrival; cannot be activated on short notice.
- Refunds for pool heat are only available in case of technical malfunction; no additional compensation provided.
- Gas BBQ grill is provided; guests must clean it and replace the propane tank if needed.
- No commercial or recreational vehicles allowed overnight on the property (includes RVs, boats, trailers, etc.).
