7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Rempah-Rempah Main Dining Room, in-villa or as a floating breakfast from 7am - 10.30am. Reservations are required for the floating breakfast at least one day in advance.
• Daily two-course lunch and dinner is served at Rempah-Rempah Dining Room or Crystal Blue Ocean Grill. Guests can also opt for a four-course Indonesian dinner at Wantilan. Reservations are required for Wantilan at least one day in advance.
• Daily afternoon tea is served at Crystal Blue Ocean Grill between 2.30pm and 5pm.
• Two nighly cocktails are served at Te. Ja. Co Lounge & Bar from 5pm until 7pm.
• Daily free-flow applies to all non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can redeem these drinks at any onsite restaurant or bar during opening hours.
• The ice cream service for children (11 and under), fruit service and cooling cucumber eye compress are available poolside daily at 3pm.
• Complimentary minibar is replenished daily with local beer and soft drinks.
• Butler service includes buggy service and baggage pick up or drop off.
• Welcome drink is non-alcoholic and offered at the time of check-in.
• Balinese cooking classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12pm, based on availability. Advance booking required.
• The 50-minute Balinese massage can be redeemed in-villa between 10am and 9pm. Advance reservations are required. Valid for adults only.
• Non-motorised water sports equipment does not need to be booked in advance. Availability is dependent on tide conditions.
• The hospitality lounge consists of a lounge area, mini cinema, small meeting room, library and shower facilities. Guests can use this if arriving or departing outside of standard check-in and checkout hours.
• The one-time private in-villa foam party (select packages only) requires advanced reservations.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, return transfers from your Nusa Dua hotel to the beach club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts, please contact CANNA Bali to arrange. On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pick-up time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.

• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. Standard transfer is in a Toyota Innova or similar; standard van transfer is in a Toyota HiAce or similar.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seats requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Luxury Vehicle Airport Transfer (select packages only):

• Includes: Return private airport transfer in a luxury sedan for up to four people, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. Premium transfer is in a Toyota Alphard or similar
• Luxury sedan can accommodate up to four passengers with luggage. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Your in-destination concierge service can be reached via WhatsApp (+62 811 3960 6800) and luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com.
