Located in the heart of Hunter Valley’s flourishing wine country, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is situated in an expansive section of lush countryside, just a short drive from myriad vineyard cellar doors. Hop from Hanging Tree Wines to Hope Estate, take the whole family to visit the Hunter Valley Wildlife Park or wander through the picturesque Hunter Valley Gardens.

The hotel is located approximately a 60-minute drive from Newcastle Airport (NTL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Gather on Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10am and from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekends. Please note, breakfast is available from 6.30am to 10.30am every day during school holiday periods.
• Nightly house cocktails are served at Lovedale Bar + Grill or Vista Lounge during opening hours. One cocktail per person, per night.
• The beer and cider tasting paddle experience can be redeemed at Lovedale Bar + Grill. Guests will be provided a voucher upon arrival.
• Wine tasting experiences must be booked in advance, and times are subject to availability. Guests will be provided with a booking information from the Rydges Resort team.
• Mercer Winery is open daily from 10am to 4pm. Hours may vary on public holidays. Includes a relaxed, educational tasting of eight wines per adult.
• Pepper Tree Wines is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 5pm. Hours may vary on public holidays. Includes wine tasting only.
• 10% discount at Ubika Day Spa covers onsite spa treatments and retail products. To purchase, please head to Ubika Day Spa on the ground floor. Cannot be used online or in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Subject to availability upon presentation of code received upon booking confirmation.
• 30% golf discount is available for unlimited use. Tee times are subject to availability and may not be available on certain days or times. • Dinner upgrade (select packages only) includes a butcher board with angus rump, striploin and your choice of the pork cutlet or the lamb rump, served with your choice of two sides and your choice of sauce for two with a bottle of local wine at Gather. Gather is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 10pm. Pre-booking is required.
