The resort is located a one-hour drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). A one-way airport transfer (organised by third-party provided ICS) is included in your package. A return transfer to the airport on departure is not included in your package but can be arranged with the hotel (charges apply).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please Note:

• Massages are either Thai, head, or shoulder. Available from 10am to 6pm. Advance booking is essential.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Aqua Restaurant between 6am and 11 am on weekends and 6am and 10.30am on weekdays.
• Daily lunch is one-course à la carte item, served at your choice of Edge Beach Club or Aqua Restaurant (if raining) from 12pm.
• Dinner is a two-course set menu served at Tamarind Restaurant, Aqua Restaurant or Edge Restaurant between 6pm and 10pm daily. On some days guests may be able to exchange set course dinner for a buffet.
• The free-flow hour includes local beer, local spirits and soft drinks plus a selection of cocktails from the dedicated drinks menu.
• Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The free-flow hour can be redeemed anytime between 10am to 9pm and begins from the time the first glass is poured. The free-flow hour cannot be split into two different times of the day.
• If any drinks are ordered outside the one-hour daily free-flow or if the free-flow hour has been used, guests must pay an extra charge.
• If guests want to select a massage longer than 30 minutes or another massage service, an additional charge applies.
• Airport transfer is organised via ICS Travel who will contact you within three business days of booking to arrange the transfer.
• Late checkout is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance with hotel reservations.
