Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

• Daily free-flow drinks are available from opening time until 10pm at Plai Dining Room, Tharn Pool Bar or Kram Beach Club. Drink options include local beers, select cocktails, local spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, canned juices, tea and coffee (excludes specialty tea and coffee such as bubble tea, cha Thai, Vietnamese coffee, Turkish coffee and cold brews that the hotel may introduce from time to time). Wine is not included. Please note, guests may only order one drink, per person at a time.
• No alcohol will be served on six Buddhist religious days as per the lunar calendar and as directed by the local government on election days or any other day as directed from time to time.
• The welcome drink is non-alcoholic herbal drink or tea served at check-in.
• The onsite Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 6pm for children aged 4–12. Children under four years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
• The complimentary shuttle bus to Bang Muang Market is available Monday – Sunday departing for Bang Muang Market at 4.30pm and returning to the hotel at 5.15pm. Travel time is approximately 5–10 minutes each way.
• Complimentary wellness activities includes yoga, pilates and tai chi, which are available as per the scheduled program. Excludes programs with additional charges.
• Complimentary bike hire is subject to availability.
• Included massage is a 60-minute Thai massage per adult. This cannot be changed for any other treatment or therapy. Advanced bookings are essential.
• Please note, an additional fee applies for special events and festive events, such as New Year’s Eve and Christmas Day. Guests may reserve a special event directly with the hotel at least 14 days in advance through the hotel reservation team. Event seating is subject to availability.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
