Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Khao Lak is approximately a 90-minute domestic flight or an 11-hour drive from Bangkok. Transfers or flights between properties are not included in your package (unless otherwise stated) and must be arranged separately. Pullman Khao Lak Resort: Valid for travel until 19 December 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2025).

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G: Valid for travel until 23 December 2024 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2024).

Package Inclusions

Room Policies

Different hotels may have different room policies. Please look over the room policies for all your bundled stays carefully before booking.

Pullman Khao Lak Resort:

• For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB4,500 per adult (12+) and THB2,250 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
• Guests must join in when the resort offers a themed buffet night.
• One themed night, if guests would prefer an a la carte menu, they may receive a 20% dining discount at both Kram Beach Club and Plai Restaurant.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Plai Dining Room.
• Daily lunch is your choice of buffet or two-course meal at Plai Dining Room.
• Nightly dinner is your choice of buffet or three-course meal at Plai Dining Room.
• Kids eat a la carte from the kids’ menu.
• Daily unlimited free-flow drinks include local beers, select cocktails, house spirits, soft drinks, coffees and juices.
• Wine is excluded, but may be paid for directly.
• Drinks are served between 12pm and 10pm at either Plai, Thaan Pool Bar or Kram.
• Drinks can only be redeemed during selected hours at each outlet.
• Daybed provided in select room types is single size.
• 30-minute Thai massage per adult must be booked in advance.

Pullman Khao Lak Resort One-Way Airport Transfer

• The transfer must be requested and confirmed by the resort no later than 72 hours prior to check-in.
• You’ll be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• One three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• Guests should request the six-passenger car with room for six pieces of luggage when necessary.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests may also bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G:

• Daily breakfast is served buffet-style at TIVA Restuarant between 6am and 10.30am (Monday to Friday) and 6am and 11am (Saturday and Sunday).
• Airport transfers are THB1,750 per person, one way, per car (maximum three people per car).
• The tuk-tuk shuttle service from the hotel to Sala Deang BTS Station runs daily from 7am to 4pm.
• Club lounge access includes daily afternoon tea between 2pm and 4pm and free-flow cocktails and canapes served between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
