Pullman Danang Beach Resort enjoys a prime location on the pristine white sands of Bac My An Beach. It is just a 30-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Hoi An Ancient Town and a 15-minute drive from the vibrant city centre of Da Nang. The resort is also conveniently located approximately a 15-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport (DAD). Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily poolside snacks are served from 11am–9pm.
• Breakfast is served from 6.30am–10.30am at Epice.
• Lunch is served from 11am–3pm at Epice or Azure.
• Dinner is served from 5pm–9.30pm at Epice or Azure.
• Daily free-flow drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails and spirits, are served at any onsite venue, excluding in-room dining, from 11am–10pm.
• The 60-minute massage must be booked 24 hours in advance and is available daily at Nang Spa from 9am–10pm, with last bookings from 8.30pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
