7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily buffet breakfast is served at the 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar from 6.30am – 10.30am on Monday to Saturday, and 6.30am – 9am on Sunday.
• Daily Dining Credit: The included non-cumulative credit must be used each day during your stay (credit is per room, per day). Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar, Hinana Bar, Bird of Paradise (located at Hawaii Prince Golf Club), Sakura Bar (seasonal) and for in-room dining (excludes minibar). No minimum spend applies.

Return Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Shared return shuttle transfers for one, two or four people (as per selected accommodation package) from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) via air-conditioned vehicle with comfortable leather seating.
• You will be required to provide your transfer information directly to info@flyshuttletours.com after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Airline and flight number
  • Arrival time and date
  • Hotel address
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
• Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately).
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, pay way, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
• Transfers can accommodate up to two pieces of luggage per person. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Please note, driver tips and gratuities are not included.
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly.
• Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fees may apply, from US$250.
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.

Return Private SUV Airport Transfers Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, fresh flower Lei greeting (arrivals only), meet and greet service by chauffeur and luggage assistance.
• Valid for up to two passengers.
• Additional charges will apply for any additional passengers, payable directly to Aloha VIP.
• Please complete your airport transfer information via your account, inclusive of flight details. Aloha VIP will confirm your book within three business days once you have finalised your transfer details.
• Guests will be met at their designated baggage claim (Arrivals) or at their hotel’s bus loading area (Departures) upon arrival.
• Rates are per car, return.
• There is limit of two pieces of luggage per person.
• An infant seat can be booked at US$10 per seat, each way, to be paid directly to the driver.
