Paradise Resort Gold Coast is nestled between the Gold Coast’s iconic beachfronts: Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering a string of buzzing waterside restaurants, bars and surf beaches, and a 30-minute drive to Gold Coast’s famous theme parks.

The resort is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your stay, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All package inclusions must be used during your stay. Any unused inclusions will be forfeited and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Breakfast is available at Penguins Restaurant from 7am to 10am.
• This is a 100% smoke-free resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the rooms and grounds of the resort.
• Activities credit (select packages) is available for redemption on any activity within the resort. Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be used in a single transcation.
• If guests would like connecting rooms, they must purchase the Captain’s Superior Resort Interconnecting Room.
• Kids Play Free: Packages include one fully supervised session per child (under 13), per package, in the Kids’ Club, valued at up to A$45 per child, as well as unlimited use of the water park and a range of daily activities and entertainment. Not all activities are included and may not be available during your stay. Refer to Paradise Resort Gold Coast website or the weekly What’s On program on arrival for the current schedule and pricing.
• Complimentary daily activities and entertainment includes scavenger hunts, belly flop competitions, poolside movies and character shows.
• Unlimited use of the Kids Zone Waterpark is open from 9am until 5pm daily. Hours may vary seasonally.
• Bedding in the Standard Family Room may be configured into a queen bed, one set of bunk beds and two single beds.
• Customers are advised that construction is currently underway in the new adults-only Pool and Lounge Bar, Deluxe Rooms located in Dusty’s Digs and Astros King Bunkhouse Rooms.
• Customers are advised that the Large Waterpark will be closed from 1–12 December 2025 for scheduled maintenance. The other waterpark is open.
• For the activities, a voucher code will be issued via email approximately 7-10 days prior to your arrival and can be used towards Paradise Resort Inhouse activities only. Excludes Astro Galaxy pass, Cleo Diamond pass and Captain Treasure Pass. Individual conditions apply for each activity (this includes cancellation policies per activity). Credit voucher cannot be used for additional accessories in Teddy Bear workshops or Pamper Parlour (e.g. Teddy bear outfits, or additional hair accessories). Your code will only be valid for online bookings at Paradise Resort Gold coast Reservations (rezdy.com).
• Activity schedules vary throughout the year and not all activities will be available on all dates. Activities are subject to change after booking. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

Dreamworld & SkyPoint Observation Deck Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Unlimited entry to Dreamworld for the duration of your hotel stay
• Unlimited entry to WhiteWater World for the duration of your hotel stay*
• Unlimited entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck for the duration of your hotel stay
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first)
• WhiteWater World operates seasonally and may not be open during your Gold Coast stay, partial refunds will not be provided in the event the park is closed during your visit.

WhiteWater World seasonal operation dates:

- November – 14 December: Friday: 10.30am–5pm, Saturday – Sunday: 10am–5pm
- Decemeber 15–24, 26: Every day 10am–5pm
- December 27 – January 10: Every day 10am–6pm
- January 11–26: Every day 10am–5pm
- January 30 – April 19: Friday: 10.30am–5pm, Saturday – Sunday: 10am–5pm
- April 20 – late-2026: Seasonal closure

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children under 3 are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+.
• Park, attraction and ride availability is not guaranteed and subject to change. Ride availability may change due to adverse weather, or attraction maintenance, all maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change.
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to Dreamworld’s displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details.
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements.
• Attractions are subject to change depending on availability.
• Our team will process Dreamworld tickets 14 days before check-in to allow for any date changes or cancellations within the 21-day change of mind period, and your Dreamworld tickets will be added to your booking within this period.
• Once the Dreamworld ticket has been added to your booking it is strictly non-refundable.
• The Dreamworld ticket must be presented upon entry to the theme park or attraction to be admitted.
