7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Daily breakfast is served at The Puhu Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
- For Premier Club Room packages, the daily a la carte breakfast can be enjoyed in the Club Lounge from 6.30am–10.30am.
- Daily choice of lunch or dinner is available at The Puhu Restaurant or The Pool Cafe & Bar.
- Lunch is available from 12.30pm–2.30pm. Dinner is available from 6.30pm–9.30pm.
- The Club Lounge is open daily from 6.30am–9pm. Club Lounge benefits include:

- Daily village bike tours are at 9am and 3pm (depending on ability level). Mountain bikes, mineral water and towels are provided. Advance booking required.
- Daily archery is avalible for one hour per day between 10am–1pm and 4pm–6pm.
- The Agroforestry Garden is open daily from 9am–5pm. Guided tours take place at 10am on Mondays and Thursdays.
- One-time cocktail per adult will be available at The Pool Cafe & Bar.
- 60-minute massages are available at The Spa during opening hours, from 9am–9pm. Massages must be booked in advance.
