7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Tanaka of Tokyo or Appetito Craft Pizza & Wine Bar (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
- 15% dining discount can be used at select OUTRIGGER dining outlets, including all menu items at Hawaiian Aroma Caffe, lunch and dinner at Maui Brewing Co., lunch and dinner at Kani Ka Pila Grille, breakfast and dinner at Hula Grill Waikiki, and coffee and tea at The Sunrise Shack. Please note, these venues are not located on site.
- Daily US$47 amenity fee includes: souvenir nylon beach bag, daily in-room coffee and tea, high-speed Wi-Fi for up to four devices and complimentary local and long-distance calls (first 15 minutes to the US and Canada). Guests also receive access to the fitness room, pool and beach towels, an in-room safe, reef-friendly sunscreen at the pool, concierge access to the OUTRIGGER Activities Desk, complimentary admission to the Bishop Museum for two adults and two children (ages four to 17) and one junior admission (ages four to 12) to the Waikiki Aquarium per paying adult, or US$1 off regular adult admission.
- Lei-making class runs from 10am on Fridays. Pilates in Paradise runs the first Saturday of every month at 10am on the pool deck.
Return Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):
- Includes: Shared return shuttle transfers from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) via air-conditioned vehicle with comfortable leather seating.
- You will be required to provide your transfer information directly to info@flyshuttletours.com after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Full name of lead traveller
- Airline and flight number
- Arrival time and date
- Hotel address
- Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
- Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately)
- A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, pay way, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
- Transfers can accommodate up to two pieces of luggage per person. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- Please note, driver tips and gratuities are not included.
- Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
- Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fees may apply, from US$250.
