The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon is set between the popular cities of Nha Trang and Hoi An, each around a five-hour drive away. The easiest way to arrive is via Phu Cat Airport (UIH), followed by a 30-minute transfer. The emerging destination of Quy Nhon is celebrated for its beaches and natural landscapes, while the tranquil Nhon Ly fishing village lies just 15 minutes from the resort. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, a compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner surcharge applies. Guests upgrading from the daily half-board dinner (food only) will be charged A$35 per adult (12+) and A$18 per child (2–11), with optional add-on drink packages available at A$20 per adult (12+) for local beers and soft drinks or A$34 per adult (12+) for local beers, house wine and soft drinks. For those not upgrading from the daily half-board dinner, the surcharge is A$88 per adult (12+) and A$44 per child (2–11), inclusive of food, local beers and soft drinks. All charges are payable directly to the resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- It is recommended to pre-book water sport equipment directly with The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon.
- Activities run from 7am to 5pm, subject to weather conditions and availability.
- The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon is located just a 5–10 minute walk from Maia Resort, with a complimentary buggy service available via the in-villa phone or the stay app introduced at check-in.
- One-time massage includes a foot, shoulder or head massage (body massage not available) and will be provided by the neighbouring Maia Resort. Please book in advance directly with The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon. The Vẽla Spa will be open until November 2025. From November onwards, Maia Spa (the new spa at The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon) will provide the one-time massage. Opening hours for Vela and Maia Spas: 10am to 7pm (last booking 6pm).
- Local Quy Nhon cultural experience is a group experience from The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon’s seasonal schedule, subject to change.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance directly with the resort.
- Buffet breakfast will be served at Vi until September 2025; MIXE Restaurant from October, 2025 onwards. Served between 6.30am and 10am.
- Nightly cocktail and free-flow drinks served at Vibe Pool Bar from 11am until 10pm, or can be served with dinner.
- Until 1 October 2025, light lunch (12pm to 4pm) and set dinner (5pm to 10pm) will be served at Maia Resort’s Vi Restaurant. From 1 October until 31 December, 2025, light lunch will be served at MIXE Restaurant or Vibe Pool Bar (enquire with the hotel for accuracy), while set dinner will be served at MIXE Restaurant. From January 2026, light lunch and set dinner will be served at MIXE Restaurant.

Shared Airport Transfers:
- Transfers include a shared van as per The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon’s schedule, from Phu Cat airport only:
- From Phu Cat Airport to The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon: 1pm and 4pm
- From The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon to Phu Cat Airport: 11.30am and 2.30pm.
- Book 24 hours in advance (before arrival date), and last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of arrival date) will incur the standard public rate.
- Please contact reservations to arrange a transfer.
- Shared bus or private car is available on request for an additional charge.
