Mulia Villas is located in Nusa Dua’s The Mulia resort complex, just steps from one of the finest beaches on the island, and away from the hustle and bustle. Explore Uluwatu Temple’s resident monkeys, just a 30-minute drive away, or the sophisticated restaurants and beach clubs of nearby Seminyak. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are available for select packages only, please plan accordingly.

Customers who book the package and are not an Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark or The Netherlands resident will pay a surcharge of US$61 per room, per night upon check-in.

Compulsory Festival Season Surcharges: Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons at IDR242,000 per adult on 14, 16 and 17 Feb 2026, from 20–22 March 2026, 5 April 2026, and 5, 6, 14 February 2027, 9-11 March 2027 and 28 March 2027. Guests staying on 1 January 2027 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR319,000 per adult. Additionally a surcharge for stay, during Mid-Autumn Festival from 25 July 2026 to 25 Sept 2026 IDR1,200,000 per room per stay and guests will receive a complimentary mooncake box. Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior check in.

Optional Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 or 25 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR1,300,000 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve or Day lunch or dinner at The Cafe or Table8. A charge of IDR1,876,430 net applies for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Dinner, or a charge of IDR1,929,670 for Christmas Day Lunch applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior check in.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment: For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR2,395,800 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Entertainment in the Grand Ballroom (including a non-alcoholic drinks package). Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior check in. Please note the surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.

Optional New Year Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December 2026, an additional surcharge of IDR2,156,000 net per person applies at The Café or Table8. For extra guests, a charge of IDR2,820,390 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort at least 14 days prior check in

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve Surcharge section above for information regarding dining inclusions on 24 and 25 December 2026, 31 December 2026 and other festivity dates.
• Dine-Around Credit: The included food credit must be used daily during your stay and cannot be accumulated. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit is valid for the a la carte menu at Soleil, Edogin Mulia Deli, Cannelé or Cascade Lounge. Excludes Soleil Sunday brunches, alcoholic drinks and dining on 24 and 25 December 2026, 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027. Dine-around credit is net, including tax and service charges.
• Daily breakfast is available between 7am and 11am from The Lounge (at The Mulia), Living Room (at Mulia Villas) or The Cafe (at Mulia Resort).
• Daily choice of lunch is a three-course set menu at Table8. Daily choice of dinner is a buffet at The Cafe or Table8, or a set menu at Edogin.
• Two hours of daily afternoon tea with free-flow cocktails and canapes at the Living Room or The Lounge is available between 4pm and 6pm.
• Kids’ club access is suitable for children aged from 6 to 12 years.
• Please note that airport transfers (select packages only), Atlas Beach Club and CANNA Bali Beach Club services are not provided by Mulia.
• Solo traveller (single occupancy) will receive each benefit for one time only, NOT double.
• Please note that the restaurant venue or meal type (buffet or set menu) may be changed or adjusted without any prior notice.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Luxury Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

Includes:

• Premium return transfers between Denpasar Airport (DPS) and Mulia Villas.
• Premium: Toyota Alphard or similar.
• Basic/sufficient English-speaking driver.
• Airport parking fee and any toll fees.
• A 330ml bottle of water per person.

Fine Print:

• Full transfer information is required to confirm your booking, please ensure you complete your transfer details via your account when you have the necessary information, including flights.
• Up to two large and three small suitcases can be accomodated or four medium suitcases.
• Infant seats can be pre-booked directly through ICS Travel Group at time of booking free of charge. Alternatively, guests can bring their own.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided.
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) and Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.

• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• Transfers to CANNA Bali from your hotel are not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
