Christmas Eve Gala Dinner at Mondrian Bistro: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of QAR350 per person applies for the Christmas Eve dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.
Christmas at Hudson Tavern: For stays on 24 and 25 December, an additional surcharge of QAR195 per person (with non-alcoholic beverages) or QAR350 per person (with alcoholic beverages) applies for the Christmas buffet with live stations (valid for three hours). Payable directly to the hotel.
Christmas Day Brunch at Walima: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of QAR295 per person (with non-alcoholic beverages), QAR425 per person (with alcoholic beverages) or QAR465 per person (with sparkling wine) applies for the Christmas Day Brunch. Payable directly to the hotel.
New Year Eve Gala Dinner at Mondrian Bistro: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of QAR350 per person applies for the New Year Eve Gala Dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.
New Year Eve at Morimoto: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of QAR550 per person (food only) and QAR300 per person (for a beverage package of seven paired drinks) applies for New Year’s Eve dinner. A la carte beverages are available. Payable directly to the hotel.
New Year at Hudson Tavern: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of QAR395 per person (with alcoholic beverages) applies for the New Years Eve’s buffet. Payable directly to the hotel.
New Year at Walima: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of QAR350 per person (with non-alcoholic beverages), QAR500 per person (with house beers and wines) or QAR700 per person (with premium beers and wines) applies for New Year Eve’s dinner. Payable directly to the hotel.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast is served at Mondrian Bistro between 7am and 10am.
- The QAR200 resort credit per package can be used across the hotel’s six restaurants and the spa. The resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
- The complimentary upgrade is only applicable to the Superior Room. The upgrade is automatically applied.
- Smoking rooms are available.
