Getting to Khao Lak is easy. Regular flights to Phuket International Airport are available with Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Thai Airways, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 9 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 4 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 10 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 1.5 hours).

The resort is approximately 90 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport.

Compulsory New Years Eve Gala Dinner: Please note guests staying on 31 December will be required to attend a compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner. Surcharges are THB6,000 per adult (aged 12 years and over), THB3,000 per child (aged 11 years and under) and free of charge for infants (aged three years and under). Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All packages are valid for two adults and three children.

Bedding Configuration: 1 x king bed + 1 x sofa bed OR 2 x single beds + 1 x sofa bed

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one child or two adults and three children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,500 per night, sleeping on an existing sofa bed with accommodation, breakfast and a one-way airport transfer only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to three children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, a one-way airport transfer and meals included. Children may only eat free of charge when dining with an adult.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.

Preferred location upgrade: Please select your preferred location in the ‘I have special requests’ field on the booking form (Family Zone or Adults-Only Zone). The zoning is subject to room availability at time of booking. Please note, the adults-only preferred location is for guests aged 18 or older only.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Please note: The Mangrove Buffet restaurant re opens on 30 September 2019. After this date, guests will have the option to enjoy their included daily breakfast here.
