7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Only adults (13+) can stay in the Altitude Junior Suite Swimout Ocean Front and Altitude Junior Suite Swimout Garden View. No children (0–12) are permitted.
• Please note, infants aged 0–2 are not permitted in Altitude Junior Suite Ocean Front.
• All-inclusive dining includes buffet breakfast and lunch at O Restaurant and dinner at selected onsite restaurant (either buffet or a la carte, depending on the restaurant). Breakfast is available from 7–11am, lunch is available from 12.30–5pm and dinner is available from 5–10.30pm.
• Daily free-flow drinks include international and domestic spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages and are available at any onsite bar from 10–12am. A selection of burgers, tacos and wings are available from the complimentary snack bar.
• Only guests aged 13+ are permitted at Risotto Restaurant.
• The Deli Take a Bite cafe serve house coffee and snacks from 7am to 11pm.
• Daily restocked minibar will include water, soft drinks and beer.
• 24-hour in-room dining is subject to a delivery fee. Complimentary room service is available for guests staying in Altitude room types.
• Daily maid service is included.
• Concierge service is available from 7am to 11pm.
• Guests have unlimited access to the onsite fitness centre.
• Kamp Krystal Kids’ Club is accessible to children aged 3–12 and includes supervised daily activity programs.
• The US$100 spa credit, US$60 dining credit and US$40 wine credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The $200 resort credit includes four coupons worth $10 each, two coupons worth $20 each, and three coupons worth $40 each. Of these coupons, $100 can be used for spa treatment, $60 for romantic dining, and $40 for wine purchases. Spa treatment coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and two coupons worth $40. Romantic dining coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and one coupon worth $40. Coupons for wine purchases are broken down into four $10 coupons.
• Resort credits for spa treatments are not combinable or valid for spa products at the Spa Boutique or 25-minute massages and treatments. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. Coupons for romantic dining are combinable up to $60 per romantic dining experience, but not valid for bottles of wine. $10 coupons for wine can be used at any of the restaurant on property. They are not combinable – only one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine.

Altitude Upgrade (select packages only)

• Guests staying in Altitude Junior Suite Ocean Front, Altitude Junior Suite Swimout Ocean Front and Altitude Junior Suite Swimout Garden View can choose from daily buffet breakfast at O Restaurant or a la carte breakfast at The Grill and daily buffet lunch at O Restaurant or a la carte lunch at The Grill.
• The Sky Lounge is accessible only to guests (13+) staying in Altitude room types.
• Guests staying in Altitude room types enjoy access to live culinary experiences including romantic dining at The Grill every Tuesday and a tuna cutting ceremony at Altitude Club Lounge every Saturday. Guests will also enjoy VIP seating at hotel events.
• Altitude benefits include private check-in at the Altitude Lobby, unlimited premium cocktails and snacks, unlimited access to the adults-only Sky Lounge, butler service, nightly turndown service and premium amenities.
