Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Jara restaurant from 7.30am to 11am.
• Dining Credit (select packages only): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used for food and drinks at select onsite venues (excludes minibar, room service, La Cabane by Dolce&Gabbana, Rachel’s Eco Love and Racquet Snack Bar). No minimum spend applies.
• Nightly free-flow wine hour is served at 5pm to 6pm or 6pm to 7pm. Location may vary between Azul Lounge Bar and the Andalusian Patio. The timing and location are subject to change due to weather conditions or private events.
• One-time three-course dinner is held at Jara Restaurant, excluding drinks. Advance reservation is required and guests must inform the restaurant in advance that dinner is included in their package.
• Welcome drink is either a glass of cava or infused water. Still and sparkling water are also available.
• Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
• One cocktail per adult and tapas (select packages only) are served between 3pm and 10pm from a set menu and are served at Escondido Rooftop bar. Advance booking is required.
• The Kids’ club (select packages only) opening hours vary depending on the season, please check the exact timings on arrival. Available for children aged 4 to 12.
• Complimentary bike hire is subject to availability. Please reserve with the concierge or reception to confirm the duration of the rental. Currently there are no bicylces for children.
