7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Marés from 7.30am to 10.30am.
- Daily social wine hour is from 6pm to 7pm and guests will receive two drinks per person, per day.
- The included set-menu dinner is served at Marés from 7pm to 10pm. Drinks are not included.
- The welcome wine is a bottle of local red wine.
- The welcome drink is either a glass of sparkling wine or an aromatic tea served in the lobby.
- Hotel Credit (select packages only): The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Marés restaurant, Terra cafe, Zénite Rooftop or Wellness Hub Atlântico (excludes minibar, room service, retail and third-party classes, and Sombra restaurant). No minimum spend applies.
